All products offered by Zevarro Ltd that are made to order are non-returnable and non-exchangeable unless defective due to our fault. According to the Consumer Protection Act in Bulgaria, personalized products do not fall under the standard right of withdrawal as they are created according to specific customer requirements.

Order cancellation can only be made before the start of the production process. Once production has begun, the order cannot be canceled or refunded.

3. Payment and Delivery

We offer various payment methods, including cash on delivery and card payment. Delivery is carried out through selected couriers to the customer's address or to a convenient courier office.

7. Rights to Photos and Responsibility for Photo Quality

By uploading photos to our site, you transfer all rights to those photos to Zevarro Ltd. Zevarro Ltd reserves the right to use, modify, and edit these photos as needed for our services. If the provided photo is of low quality or contains issues such as excessive light or lack of detail, the engraving result may not meet your expectations. Before uploading photos, please check the quality instructions to ensure they are suitable for engraving. Zevarro Ltd is not responsible for results that do not meet expectations due to poor photo quality.

8. Unforeseen Circumstances and Delay in Fulfillment

Sometimes order fulfillment may be delayed due to unforeseen circumstances, such as problems with material delivery or technical issues. Customers who have paid for expedited production will have priority, but Zevarro Ltd cannot guarantee meeting the deadline in case of delays. In case of delay, you will be informed of the new expected deadline.

Zevarro Ltd is not responsible for damages or inconveniences arising from order delays, including but not limited to cases where the order was intended as a gift or for a special event. It is the customer's responsibility to provide backup options or additional time in case of unforeseen circumstances. Zevarro Ltd reserves the right to cancel orders or change deadlines at its discretion.

Zevarro Ltd reserves the right to discontinue communication with customers who exhibit disrespectful, rude, or aggressive behavior.
