Delivery to a courier company's office

The delivery price varies depending on the courier company you choose. Delivery to an office is intended for those who do not wish to commit to a specific delivery time. The ordered product is delivered by the courier company of your choice to an office specified by you. The goods will be delivered to the office. 1–2 days after the shipment of the package.

The office services can be used during the working hours of the selected office. The storage period for the ordered goods is 7 working daysThe recipient receives an informational SMS and email about the delivery of the goods.

Payment Methods

Cash on delivery – You pay the amount upon receiving the goods at the courier's office (Speedy/Econt).

Bank card – A convenient and secure way to pay. After placing your order, you will be redirected to the bank's secure payment portal, where you can enter the required information.

If the transaction is authorized, the payment is processed instantly and the goods will be shipped to you. by the next working day at the latest.

We support 3D Secure protection protocol. Our employees do not have access to your card information, nor is this data shared with third parties.

Policy for Custom Product Returns

The item can be returned for repair within 7 days, if there is defect caused by us, and no signs of useIn case of a defect, we will repair or replace the product.

Reasons for return such as the image being black and white and the photo not looking good are not accepted.

This is because the advertisement and the website clearly show that the image is black and white, and the quality of your photo is what you sent us – we are even improving it.

Photos that have been taken from a distance or are not properly cropped are also not eligible for return.

Since the product is personalized, refund is not possible, in accordance with applicable legal provisions.

Cancellation of the order can only be made before the production process begins.

The costs of returns will be divided between Zevarro Ltd. and the client, such as:

• The customer assumes shipping costs to us.
• We cover the return costs for the repaired or replaced product.

Paid Priority Processing Policy

Zevarro Ltd. offers paid priority processing on products:

Fast production - 2 days

Rules for calculating deadlines

Start of production: Paid priority processing begins from the next working day after the order date.
For example: If you place an order on Monday, the paid priority will start from Tuesday.

Exclusion of holidays: Priority processing does not include Saturday and Sunday.
For example: If you place an order on Friday and choose "Fast Production", it will start on Monday, and the completion will be on Wednesday.

Exceptions and delays:
In case of unforeseen circumstances or unexpected issues that may affect the production timeline, Zevarro Ltd. will contact you for an update on the order status and new expected timelines.

Sample calculation: If you place an order on Wednesday and choose "Fast Production", the production will start on Thursday and will be completed on Monday (2 working days).

This policy ensures that the production timelines are clear and adhered to in accordance with the work week.
