Delivery to address

  • Bulgaria (with courier company Econt/Speedy)
    The delivery price varies depending on the courier company you choose. The goods are received within 1-2 working days after the shipment is sent.

  • Romania
    Delivery to an address in Romania takes 1-2 working days after the shipment is sent.

  • Greece
    Delivery to an address in Greece takes 2-3 working days after the shipment is sent.

  • Poland
    Delivery to an address in Poland takes 2-4 working days after the shipment is sent.

Delivery to courier company office

The delivery price varies depending on the courier company you choose. This option is suitable for those who do not want to commit to a specific delivery time. The ordered product is delivered by the courier company you choose to the office you specify.

  • The goods will be delivered to the office within 1–2 working days after the shipment is sent.

  • The office services can be used during the working hours of the selected office.

  • The storage period for the ordered goods is 7 working days.

  • The recipient receives an informational SMS and email about the delivery of the goods.

Payment methods

  • Cash on delivery
    You pay the amount upon receipt of the goods at the courier's office (Speedy/Econt).

  • Bank card
    A convenient and secure payment method. After placing the order, you will be redirected to the bank's secure payment portal to enter the required data. If the transaction is authorized, the payment is made instantly and the goods will be sent to you no later than the next working day.

We support the secure 3D Secure protocol. Our employees do not have access to your card data, nor is this data shared with third parties.

Policy for repair of personalized products

  • Goods can be returned for repair within 7 days if there is a defect caused by us and there are no signs of use. In case of a defect, we will repair or replace the product.

  • Reasons for return such as the image being black and white and the photo not looking good are not accepted. This is because the advertisement and website clearly show that the image is black and white, and the quality of your photo is what you sent us – we even improve it.

  • Photos taken from a distance or not properly cropped are also not subject to return.

  • Since the product is personalized, a refund is not possible according to applicable legal provisions.

  • Order cancellation can only be made before the start of the production process.

  • Return costs will be shared between Zevarro Ltd. and the customer as follows:
    • The customer bears the transportation costs to us.
    • We cover the costs of returning the repaired or replaced product.

Paid priority production policy

Zevarro Ltd. offers paid priority production of products:

  • Fast production - 2 working days

Rules for calculating deadlines

  • Start of production: Paid priority production starts from the next working day after the order date.
    Example: If you place an order on Monday, the paid priority will start on Tuesday.

  • Exclusion of weekends: Priority production does not include Saturday and Sunday.
    Example: If you place an order on Friday and choose "Fast production", it will start on Monday and be completed on Wednesday.

  • Exceptions and delays: In case of unforeseen circumstances or unexpected problems that may affect the production deadline, Zevarro Ltd. will contact you to update the order status and new expected deadlines.

  • Sample calculation: If you place an order on Wednesday and choose "Fast production", production will start on Thursday and finish on Monday (2 working days).

This policy ensures that production deadlines are clear and adhered to according to the working week.

This policy is governed by the laws of the Republic of Bulgaria and complies with Bulgarian and European consumer protection legislation.
